Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. The Opportunity:
Reporting to the SVP, Commercial, the Senior Director of Patient Services will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing various patient support services in order to ensure patients are able to access RevMed’s transformative medicines. You will work closely with Market Access, Brand Marketing, Legal & Compliance stakeholders to build and oversee workstreams such as a patient HUB, patient assistance programs (PAP), and commercial copay program. This position is based out of our headquarters in Redwood City, CA.

Leads the strategic recommendation and implementation of RevMed’s patient support services (HUB, PAP, commercial copay card, etc.)

Partners closely with Analytics & Insights to map out patient journey from diagnosis through treatment.

Coordinates RFP, selection, and contracting process for patient support vendors

Works cross-functionally to ensure regulatory compliance, alignment of programs to overall brand goals, and integration of programs with distribution partners.

Monitors industry trends such as IRA Part D Redesign, copay accumulators and maximizers, Alternative Funding Programs and incorporate into program design and execution.

Works closely with Field Reimbursement team to ensure continuous feedback loop on program utilization and improvements.

Partners with Access Marketing on developing patient support program materials for field teams.

Manages patient services vendor/s day to day.

Develops and tracks KPIs to ensure vendors are operating at desired service levels.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required with 8-10+ years of experience of market access experience including depth in patient support services in pharmaceuticals or biopharma.

Experience in new product launches including orals.

Experience with day-to-day management of patient support vendors.

Deep understanding of access, reimbursement, and patient out-of-pocket dynamics including. knowledge of Medicare Part D, Medicaid, and commercial insurance benefit design.

Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Track record of being a collaborative team player, and adaptive to meet the needs of a growing business.

Strong problem solver with experience leveraging a variety of data sources, platforms, and analytical vendors.

Excellent organizational skills and an ability to prioritize effectively to deliver results within reasonably established timelines.

Ability to represent Revolution Medicines well: strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication.

Ability to travel up to 20%.
Preferred Skills:

Oral Oncolytic product experience strongly preferred.

Experience with educating and training field teams on patient support programs.

Knowledge of hub technology programs.
The base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000 to $286,000 for candidates based at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range displayed on each job posting is intended to be the minimum and maximum salary for the position in Redwood City and will be adjusted for the local market a candidate is based. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
