Job Description

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.  The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

Revolution Medicines is seeking a motivated individual with a scientific or medical communications background to play a critical role in building our medical capabilities. This individual will be responsible for building and executing medical communication strategies, including publications, field resources, and training. This individual contributor role will be a highly visible, cross-functional role.  

  • Build and maintain medical communication strategy and plans

  • Build and maintain portfolio-level publication plans

  • Manage the overall publication planning timelines for the company

  • Manage individual publication tactics, timelines, and budgets

  • Manage and maintain Datavision publication software

  • Develop scientific platforms, slide decks, videos, animations, trainings, and dossiers

  • Manage medical communications and publications vendors in developing high-quality, on-time deliverables

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Advanced degree in relevant field (PharmD, MD, PhD)

  • 8+ years of relevant experience at a medical communications agency or biopharmaceutical company

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of GPP 2022, ICJME, and other publication standards

  • Working knowledge of compliance and medical/legal/regulatory review

  • Experience with iEnvision and Veeva Med Comms

  • Proven success in a highly collaborative, cross functional environment

Preferred Skills:

  • CMPP

  • Previous oncology experience, particularly in solid tumors

  • Clinical experience a plus

The expected salary range for this role is $195,000 to $260,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
