Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers. The Opportunity:
The Information Sciences department is looking for an Application Operations Manager who can provide management and coordination of administrative and operational functions for our department. You will report to the Senior Director of Information Sciences and work closely with colleagues across all disciplines.

Managing the licensing of our portfolio of software applications, including inventory, contracts, budgeting, and renewals.

Creating and maintaining user-friendly documentation to help both new and existing user access and utilize the applications they need.

Provisioning application user accounts and ensuring compliance with license agreements and security policies.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors and technical support consultants to maximize the value and performance of the applications we license.

Assisting in the management of application implementation projects, using project management tools and methodologies.
Required experience, skills, and education.

A bachelor’s degree in a science or technology discipline, or equivalent experience.

Experience working in biotech, pharmaceuticals, or a related industry is highly desired.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.

Experience working with and administering SaaS applications, preferably in a scientific domain.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other common software tools.

Project management experience, preferably with tools such as Smartsheet and Asana.

A proactive and adaptable mindset, with the ability to anticipate, prioritize, and respond to changing workload situations.

A willingness to learn new technologies and undergo training to meet business needs.
Revolution Medicines currently requires that all personnel and visitors to its offices be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This role will require that the employee meet with company employees and work from the company’s offices. Given that these essential functions of the role must be performed on-site, this position requires full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to applicable law.
The expected salary range for this role is $125,000 to $145,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
