As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
As a key member of our Biology Research Operations team, you will:
Support daily lab operations, including monitoring consumable inventories and supply agreements, laboratory equipment and service contracts.
Be responsible for assisting with day-to-day maintenance and organization of shared lab equipment, including freezers, incubators, centrifuges, and biosafety cabinets to ensure efficient operations and cleanliness.
Have a general understanding of basic lab equipment used for in vitro studies.
Assist in building and maintaining electronic inventories of engineered cell lines, plasmids, and other lab stocks.
Interface across functional groups as needed.
Ensure both internal facilities and EH&S are in compliance.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience working in a science-related organization or laboratory space in a collaborative or shared working environment in life science and/or laboratory operations management
Strong partnership mindset with verbal and written communication skills to interact with individuals at all levels quickly, energetically, and enthusiastically.
Strong analytical, problem solving, pragmatic and positive critical thinking skills with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to physically lift ≥25 lbs.
Revolution Medicines currently requires that all personnel and visitors to its offices be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. This role will require that the employee meet with company employees and work from the company’s offices. Given that these essential functions of the role must be performed on-site, this position requires full COVID-19 vaccination, subject to applicable law.
The expected salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
