As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with strong PKPD modeling background to be part of the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP) Organization. As a PKPD modeler to support the pharmacometrics functions in the department, you will;
Build population PK models and quantitively assess patient characteristics including genetic factors that impact PK.
Develop and apply statistical and computational methods to analyze complex PKPD data.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
A Ph.D. or M.S. with a quantitative science background (pharmaceutical sciences, mathematics, statistics, engineering, etc.).
Hands-on experience using NONMEM and/or open-source ODE / PKPD modeling software is required.
Familiar with common PKPD/TGI models and able to write customized models.
Proficiency in R programming is desired.
Able to take dynamically assigned pharmacometrics tasks and deliver the results promptly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly convey complex concepts and findings to both non-specialist and specialist audiences.
A critical thinker and passionate team player and quick learner with high energy who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated experience and track record in clinical-stage drug development is a big plus but not required.

The expected salary range for this role is $150,000 to $190,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics. Base salary is one part of the overall total rewards program at RevMed, which includes competitive cash compensation, robust equity awards, strong benefits, and significant learning and development opportunities.
