Our innovative product engine draws inspiration from nature and evolution, which offer insights into cancer targets, disease mechanisms and therapeutic approaches.

Job Description

Revolution Medicines is a clinical-stage precision oncology company focused on developing novel targeted therapies to inhibit frontier targets in RAS-addicted cancers.  The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) Inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, and RAS Companion Inhibitors for use in combination treatment strategies. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and energetic individual with a strong Exposure-Response (E-R) modeling background to be part of the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP) Organization. As a E-R modeler to support the pharmacometrics functions in the department, you will;

  • Build standard statistical models to quantitively assess the associations between exposures and clinical endpoint data.

  • Develop and apply state-of-the-art statistical and machine learning methods to identify the associations between exposures and responses.

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • A Ph.D. or M.S. with a quantitative science background (pharmaceutical sciences, statistics, mathematics, etc.).

  • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in statistical modeling (generalized linear models, survival models, mixed models, etc.) are required.

  • Proficiency in R or SAS programming is required.

  • Able to take dynamically assigned pharmacometrics tasks and deliver the results promptly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to clearly convey complex concepts and findings to both non-specialist and specialist audiences.

  • A critical thinker and passionate team player and quick learner with high energy who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated experience and track record in clinical-stage drug development is a big plus but not required.
