As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding scientists in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The DMPK Director will provide technical and scientific leadership in establishing ADME/PK strategies for small molecule discovery programs and be a critical part of the Nonclinical Development and Clinical Pharmacology (NDCP) Organization.
Specifically, you will:
Be a key member of the DMPK leadership team, manage/supervise scientists, coordinate internal and external resources, and drive overall DMPK strategies.
Represent the DMPK function as a subject matter expert on interdisciplinary discovery and early development project teams, overseeing project DMPK activities.
Design and perform mechanistic PK/PD studies for RAS(ON) Tri-complex inhibitors to address translational questions in support of lead optimization and human active dose prediction.
Author and review DMPK sections of regulatory submissions, and respond to questions from regulatory agencies.
Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with Biology/Pharmacology, Clinical Pharmacology, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Development, Toxicology, and Translational Research.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
A Ph.D. in Pharmaceutic Sciences or a related scientific discipline with at least 6 years of industry experience.
Strong understanding of ADME/PK principles, extensive knowledge, and hands-on experience in developing in vitro/in vivo assays and in silico modeling tools to characterize preclinical ADME/PK and DDI profiles of small molecules.
Strong track record in leading small molecule drug discovery programs, demonstrated by successful advancement of discovery programs to IND filing.
A solid understanding of regulatory guidelines on DMPK studies to support early oncology drug development is highly desirable.
Demonstrated leadership capability to mentor and develop junior scientists and build strong cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

The expected salary range for this role is $195,000 to $260,000. An individual’s position within the range may be influenced by multiple factors, including skills and experience in role, overall performance, individual impact and contributions, tenure, and market dynamics.
