Job Description

We are seeking a Temp Contracts Administrator, reporting to the General Counsel, to join our RevMed team.  The ideal candidate will focus on managing the entire contract life cycle process, will help develop and improve functionality related to the company’s contract management system, and will draft various contracts, all while being an integral member of the legal team.

The Opportunity

  • Manage the life cycle of the company’s contracts, including:

    • Intake – reviewing submitted contract request forms for completeness and coordinating appropriate legal review.

    • Negotiation – tracking contracts to ensure all contracts are handled in a timely manner.

    • Signature (internal/external) – including required information in the signature request and routing the contract to the appropriate signatory based on established guidelines.

    • Filing – uploading the fully-executed contract in the contract management system and completing required metadata.

    • Post-execution – tracking metadata (such as expiration date) and addressing business inquiries related to contracts.

  • Prepare initial drafts of certain contracts (such as consulting agreements and confidentiality agreements) and negotiate these contracts with attorney support.

  • Help develop and improve functionality of the company’s contract management system, including:

    • Reporting functionality.

    • Contract request forms and the business-facing request form portal.

    • Contract database access for business users.

    • Integration with finance systems.

    • Tracking issues and requested enhancements.

Education, Experience and Skill Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with contracts administration and contracts management systems is required.

  • Experience at a life sciences company is preferred.

  • Experience interpreting legal terms and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

  • Possess excellent judgment, negotiation and communication (verbal and written) skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks, anticipate challenges and execute on goals as a member of an interdisciplinary team is extremely important.

  • Collaborative, flexible, positive and efficient work style.

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills with internal teams and external vendors.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with the highest of ethical standards and professionalism.

  • Thrives in and enjoys a collaborative team setting and is driven by a desire to be innovative in a high energy environment.

  • A role model for Company values (Tireless Commitment to Patients, Transformative Science, Exceptional Together, Total Integrity, Inclusiveness and Fairness).
